Items made from a Cotton/Polyester mix are considered "wrinkle resistant". The lower the Cotton content in the shirt (e.g. 60/40 versus 80/20) the less the shirts will wrinkle. You can wash and wear Cotton/Polyester shirts with minimal or no ironing. You can dry clean these shirts but it is not really needed.

• Use warm water and add a fabric softener if you choose.

• Machine dry at low temperature setting and remove articles as soon as the tumbling cycle is complete.

• If ironing is needed, use a moderately warm iron.

• Our Cotton/Poly shirts can be dry cleaned if you wish.

• Follow all other laundering instructions mentioned at the beginning.
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Ballhard Nation will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

Damaged Items

If you could kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit and you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return. Please Note that we can only reimburse you a maximum of $10.00 USD if you include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Ballhard Nation, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United Parcel Service or USPS Priority Mail – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Ballhard Nation does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We offer United Parcel Service and USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect Ballhard Nation reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Ballhard Nation reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Ballhard Nation reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
